I. Number of Parts to be Removed in Different Scenarios

1. External Hall Sensor: Only 2-3 fixing screws and 1 connector need to be removed. The entire device body does not need to be disassembled, and the operation takes only a few minutes.

2. Electric Vehicle/Brushless Motor Built-in Hall Sensor: Requires removal of motor end cover screws, motor shaft fixing parts, motor housing, etc., totaling 10-15 parts. The process is relatively complex, and the positions of parts need to be marked to avoid misalignment during reassembly.

3. Automotive Distributor Built-in Hall Sensor: Requires removal of distributor cap, distributor rotor, dust cover, signal rotor, etc., totaling 7-10 parts. Ignition timing should be marked before operation to prevent subsequent ignition errors.

4. Industrial Equipment Integrated Hall Sensor: Some Hall sensors are embedded on the circuit board. Only 1-2 fixing screws and 1 connector need to be removed. The old component can be directly desoldered and replaced.

II. Disassembly Precautions

1. When replacing motor-type Hall effect sensors, it is recommended to replace all three Hall effect elements simultaneously to ensure phase synchronization and avoid subsequent operational jitter.

2. Before disassembly, clearly mark key locations, such as motor cable outlets and distributor ignition marks, to prevent abnormal equipment operation after reassembly.

3. During operation, avoid bringing strong magnetic tools close to the sensor installation area to prevent magnet displacement from affecting detection accuracy.
