How to reduce the phase difference of Electrical Current Transformer

Oct 18, 2021|

1. Installing a circuit breaker on the secondary side can make the Electrical Current Transformer safer and more reliable during operation, so the selection of the circuit breaker must be appropriate.

2. In order to avoid voltage imbalance on both sides of the open delta winding, it is necessary to make parallel resistance on both sides of the open delta winding, and when the parallel resistance senses the zero sequence voltage, the zero sequence current is connected to the device. This has the effect of suppressing resonance.

3. In order for the insulation layer to effectively monitor the faults in the relay and grounding device, the electrical current transformer must have the right structure. At least one of the two winding resistances in the pressure side of the Electrical Current Transformer must have a grounding device.

4. If the voltage of the power grid is less than 10kV, the center line of the switching power supply terminal does not need to be grounded immediately, but needs to be grounded at the neutral point. Doing so can avoid fuse damage due to low voltage generated in the process of power switching.

5. Reasonable methods can be used when connecting the end screen of the Electrical Current Transformer, for example, the end screen is immediately grounded, so that once accumulation occurs, it can avoid damage to the equipment. In addition, if the grounding device is not installed immediately, a certain penetration gap can flow out between the end screen and the ground.
