The composition of zero sequence current transformer

1. Iron core: The iron core of a zero-sequence current transformer is usually made of silicon steel sheets. It has good magnetic permeability and low hysteresis loss, and can effectively conduct the magnetic field.
2. Primary winding: The primary winding is the main winding in the zero-sequence current transformer, through which the zero-sequence current to be measured flows. The primary winding usually consists of multiple strands of insulated wire to provide adequate current capacity and electrical insulation.
3. Secondary winding: The secondary winding is the auxiliary winding in the zero-sequence current transformer and is used to output a secondary current signal proportional to the primary current. The secondary winding usually consists of insulated wires wound around an iron core.
4. Insulation material: Insulation material is used to isolate the primary winding and secondary winding to ensure safe and reliable operation. Common insulation materials include insulating paper, insulating paint and insulating tape.
5. Enclosure: Zero-sequence current transformers are usually protected by an enclosure to provide mechanical strength and protection. The shell is usually made of insulating materials or metal materials with good heat resistance, corrosion resistance and insulation properties.
