What are the ways to fix the opening and closing Power Current Transformer

1. Keyway fixing: suitable for high torque transmission. In order to avoid axial sliding, it is usually used separately from positioning screw fixing and clamping screw fixing.

2. Fixing of the shrink sleeve: Tighten the four set screws on the end face to compress the calculation sleeve, which is suitable for the connection and fixation of some large torque stepper motors and servo motors.

3. Fix it with fixing screws: lock it with a 90° gap between the two fixing screws. In the traditional fixing method, the front end of the screw contacts the shaft, which may cause damage to the shaft or difficult to disassemble.

4, D hole fixing: If the motor shaft is D type, if the fixing screw cannot be fixed, the opening and closing current transformer hole can be processed into the D hole corresponding to the size of the motor shaft, and fixed with the fixing screw, so there is no need to worry about slipping.

5. Fix with clamping screws: With the tightening force of hexagon socket bolts, the gap is reduced, and the opening and closing current transformer shaft is clamped. This method is easy to fix and disassemble without damaging the shaft.
