The LO-CTLS5 Series Rogowski Coil is a flexible, non-intrusive current sensing solution designed for accurate measurement of AC currents from 100A up to 200kA. Based on the Rogowski principle, it provides a voltage output proportional to the rate of change of current (di/dt), enabling high linearity, wide dynamic range, and excellent transient response when paired with an integrator.

With a bandwidth of 1Hz to 20kHz and precision up to 0.5 class accuracy, the CTLS5 series is ideal for power quality analysis, industrial monitoring, motor protection, welding equipment, and smart metering applications. Its flexible structure allows easy installation in tight or complex conductor layouts without the need for system shutdown, while eliminating the risk of open-circuit hazards.

Installation & Handling Guidelines

 

 

To prevent structural deformation or internal core degradation that could compromise the sensor's accuracy class, the following instructions must be strictly followed during deployment:

Do Not Pull Forcefully: Avoid subjecting the coil or its lead wires to strong tensile forces during structural integration.

Do Not Bend Forcefully: The Rogowski loop must not be folded or kinked past its flexible architectural threshold.

No Cable-Tying Under Bent States: Do not apply cable ties or fasteners to secure the coil while it is forced into an unnatural shape or overly compressed form factor.

Proper Fixation: Always secure the device accurately around the target conductor loop via the dedicated mechanism. Avoid any mechanical puncturing, crushing, or high-pressure squeezing.
