Accurate measurement of the full point of the Power Current Transformer

The fullness of the Power Current Transformer is due to the excessive magnetic flux density of the iron core, which results in the measurement of the full current of the small Power Current Transformer. The original side leads the way, and the current is introduced from the secondary aluminum side to measure the current on the secondary side winding. Due to the original lead of the small Power Current Transformer, there is no actual demagnetization effect of the original current. Under the actual effect of not large current, the iron core is very simple and full. Therefore, the photocurrent characteristic test does not necessarily add a very large amount of current.


In the whole process of use, to avoid the Power Current Transformer from burning down, the isolation switch is mainly installed to avoid branch problems involving power failure in a line, especially to ensure that the branch isolation switch can be firmly tripped. Subsequently, the Power Current Transformer was led to the back of the isolation switch to ensure that the isolation switch and high-voltage arrester were properly posture to remove the problem in the event of a voltage transformer problem.


Secondly, improve the test of the high voltage insulation layer of the customer's Power Current Transformer and high-voltage arrester, detect the embrittlement level of the insulation layer of the voltage transformer and the high-voltage arrester as soon as possible, and replace it immediately to avoid the occurrence of power failure due to the burning of the voltage transformer. It is to clean the customer's equipment regularly to reduce environmental pollution and avoid lowering of the insulation layer.
