Installation rules of Electrical Current Transformer
Jul 22, 2021| 1. The polarity of the Electrical Current Transformer cannot be reversed. The phase sequence and phase should meet the design and adjustment requirements. For the connection of the differential protection transformer, the current phasor diagram of the two arms must be measured before putting it into operation to verify whether the wiring is correct. gender
2, according to the structure of the figure, the wiring is correct, the number markings on both ends of the wire should be clear, and the label range should meet the specified requirements;
3. The secondary circuit conductor or cable should be copper wire. The cross section of the electrical current transformer circuit conductor should not be less than 2.5mm2, and the cross section of the transformer circuit conductor should not be less than 1.5mm2;
4. The secondary circuit should be well insulated to the ground, and there should be no mixed lines between the voltage loop and the current loop;
5. The layout of the secondary circuit wires should be neat. There must be no loose connections between the wires and electrical components and the connection screws of the terminals. The distance between the wire and the card point should meet the specified requirements;
6. The current and voltage circuits should be grounded on the secondary side of the transformer. The voltage circuit should be protected by a fuse;
7. Each junction box of Electrical Current Transformer socket should use dedicated current terminals. The unused secondary winding of the Electrical Current Transformer should be short-circuited and grounded at the terminal;
8. The secondary circuit wires in the disk and the cabinet should have no joints. There should be no joints between control cables or wires. If there is a connector, a junction box with a long terminal should be used for the transition connection.
