Miniature Current Transformer Check Exception Method

1. When verifying the Electrical Current Transformer, the current ratio of the standard Electrical Current Transformer must be the same as the current ratio of the Electrical Current Transformer to be tested.

2. Exactly follow the lines in the picture.

3. Before calibrating the transformer, test the accuracy of the load bank.

4. During the verification process, it is strictly forbidden to open the secondary winding.

5. It should be degaussed before verification. The demagnetization circuit is shown in Fig.

6. When the circuit is opened for the second time, adjust the voltage stabilizer evenly and slowly, so that the dial indicator indicates from 0 to 100%, and then drop to 0 evenly and slowly. Repeat this process two to three times. After demagnetization, the secondary winding should be short-circuited, and then the power supply should be cut off.

7. The wiring diagram of the Electrical Current Transformer with current lift is roughly the same as the above wiring diagram, except that the output winding of the current lift is the same as the primary winding of the transformer, and the rest are the same.
