Power Current Transformer transformation ratio measurement method
Nov 17, 2021| 1. Wiring method: The red and black two-core wires are connected to the primary and secondary jacks on the panel of the transformer ratio polarity tester, and the other end is connected to the primary and secondary corresponding to the Power Current Transformer ratio. The red wire is connected to the secondary (K1) polarity terminal, the black wire is connected to the secondary (K2) terminal of the Power Current Transformer; the red wire is connected to the primary (L1) polarity terminal of the Power Current Transformer, and the black wire is connected to the primary (L1) terminal of the Power Current Transformer. L2) end.
Note: If the transformer is in the form of through-the-core at one time, the red wire is inserted through the polar end (P1 or L1), and then short-circuited with the black wire.
2. After connecting the wire, plug in the power supply (or use the DC power supply in the transformer ratio polarity tester), and turn on the power switch. Press the measurement button on the panel, wait for about 10 seconds, the LCD screen on the panel will display the measurement result (display the ratio of change, such as 100/5 directly display 20, 100/1 directly display 100), and the polarity display of the transformer at this time Connection mode and polarity.
3. If you want to repeat the measurement, please press the reset button, and then press the measurement button to perform the measurement again.
4. Observe the polarity indication. If it shows plus polarity, it means that the red or black line is connected to plus polarity, which means that the wiring polarity is wrong; if it shows minus polarity, it means that the red or black line is connected to Decrease the polarity, it means the wiring polarity is correct.
