Product description
The miniature split core current transformer (CT) provides mA and mV output based on the ratio to the power supply and the rating of a single unit. This split-core CT series can be directly connected to a compatible sub-meter without having to include an internal current transformer for precise monitoring in the sub-meter. The advantage of this is that only by using different current transformers, one meter can be used for various power sources with different current levels. In addition, each individual CT contains an overvoltage protection circuit as an additional layer of safety and reliability measures. The split core design allows for easy installation in existing architectures. For retrofit applications including power meters, data loggers, chart recorders and other instruments, the compact size and easy installation method will be the best choice.
