1. High temperature, current transformer over-temperature, smoke, operating glue, etc., will be due to poor wiring on the primary side, serious air oxidation on the surface of the secondary power strip, current transformer locked rotor short-circuit fault or one or two. Caused by thermal breakdown of the secondary side insulating layer.


2. The secondary side is open. At this time, the galvanometer was suddenly not marked, and the sound of the current transformer expanded significantly. Active oxygen odor and mild discharge sound can be heard around the open circuit. The damage of the secondary side open circuit is: A. Causes high voltage, which threatens the safety of machinery and equipment and the actual operating staff. B. The iron core wear is increased, and the more serious heating will burn the machinery and equipment. The iron core causes a magnetic saturation state, which increases the deviation of the current transformer.


3. Internal discharge sound or discharge condition. If there is a discharge condition on the surface of the current transformer, it will be because the surface of the transformer is dirty and the insulating layer cannot be reduced. The internal discharge sound is the reduction of the internal insulation layer of the current transformer, causing the primary side winding to discharge the secondary side winding and the thermal breakdown of the iron core.


4. The internal sound is abnormal. The reasons are as follows: the iron core of the current transformer is loosened, the iron core is loose, the vibration of the silicon steel sheet expands, and the sound that does not change with the primary load is heard; because the machining process of the silicon steel sheet is not very good, when the load is full or shut down, part of the The iron core has a certain buzzing sound; when the secondary side is open, due to the magnetic saturation state and non-sinusoidal magnetic flux, the silicon steel sheet vibrates unevenly, the vibration is large, and the current transformer is heavily loaded, which expands the vibration sound of the iron core.


5. The oil leakage of the oil-filled current transformer is relatively serious. When the current transformer finds one of the above conditions during operation, the load should be transferred and the switching power supply should be disconnected first.
