1. During the operation period, the current transformer cannot cut off the power circuit on the secondary coil side. If the next side leads the way, the iron loss is too large, the temperature is too high and it ignites, or the working voltage of the secondary winding is increased to destroy the insulation layer and produce a high-voltage electric shock. risk. Therefore, when replacing the watt-hour meter, such as replacing the ammeter, active watt-hour meter, reactive watt-hour meter, etc., the current control circuit should be short-circuited before replacing the watt-hour meter. After adjusting the dash, first connect it to the secondary coil power circuit, then remove the short wiring, then check that the dash is all right.


2. If there is a flame when the short wiring is removed, the current transformer has been broken, and the fault should be short-circuited again to find out that the instrument panel power circuit is not short-circuited before the short wiring is removed again. When clearing the short-circuit fault of the current transformer, it should be placed on the insulating rubber pad. In addition, the protector of the current transformer control circuit should be out of use. After work is in progress, the protector is ready for use.


3. If the current transformer has a clicking sound, please check whether the inner core is loose and tighten the anchor bolts of the core. At the end of the secondary coil side of the current transformer, the chassis must be grounded reliably.


4. When the grounding resistance of the electromagnetic coil on the secondary side of the current transformer is less than 10~20 megohms, be sure to repair the insulating layer before applying it again.
