Detection and treatment measures for common faults of Power Current Transformer
Nov 22, 2021| 1. Deal with abnormal sound or iron core overheating. During the operation of the Power Current Transformer, if the secondary circuit is open or overloaded, abnormal sound will be generated or the iron core will be seriously overheated. If the semiconductor paint surface is not evenly painted, it is easy to produce a louder sound. Therefore, if an abnormal sound or iron core overheating occurs during the operation of the Power Current Transformer, it is necessary to observe the actual situation of the side instrument in detail, so as to find out the cause of the fault in time. If the transformer is abnormal due to a large load, the load needs to be appropriately reduced, and to ensure that it can meet the rated load requirements, and continue to observe the specific operation of the Power Current Transformer; if the secondary circuit causes the transformer to be abnormal , It is necessary to immediately stop the operation of the equipment; if the insulation damage causes the discharge problem, the Power Current Transformer needs to be replaced in time.
2. Handling of abnormal operation. During the operation of the Power Current Transformer, there may be open circuit, heating problems, loose bolts, weird sounds, etc. At this time, the staff need to take scientific and effective measures to deal with these problems, such as judging the Power Current Transformer II. When the secondary circuit is open, it is necessary to comprehensively think about the meter indication, sound, etc.; when detecting the heating of the Power Current Transformer, it can be tested by the test temperature wax. Especially when checking the open circuit of the secondary circuit, if there is a problem, the indication of the ammeter is "0", and the electric energy meter is in a stopped state at this time, and then there is a buzzing sound, and abnormalities will occur in the Power Current Transformer. Sound, and then scorched a large number of terminal blocks. Once any of the above situations occurs during the operation of the Power Current Transformer, it is necessary to immediately stop the operation of the equipment.
3. The secondary circuit open circuit processing. During the operation of the Power Current Transformer, the secondary side high voltage phenomenon may be caused by the saturation of the magnetic flux in the iron core, which will cause the discharge phenomenon to occur at the open circuit point of the secondary circuit, and then the discharge sound or discharge spark phenomenon will occur. In addition, the loss of the iron core will increase due to the saturation of the magnetic flux and generate heat. In this case, peculiar smell and abnormal sound will be generated in the insulating material. At the same time, the abnormal phenomenon of the electric energy meter speed is generally caused by no indication or the indication of the ammeter connected to the secondary side of the Power Current Transformer. Therefore, Power Current Transformer-secondary side-and there is an open circuit phenomenon during the operation of the transformer, it is necessary to stop the operation of the equipment in time and take effective measures to deal with it. - Once there is no way to perform a power outage, the primary load current needs to be reduced as soon as possible, and the secondary circuit of the Power Current Transformer is connected through the insulation I before the open circuit point to form a short circuit. After the fault is eliminated, the short circuit is removed. .
4. Ensure that the lead connector of the primary terminal has good contact. Regularly check the contact condition of the secondary terminal bow|wire joint part to ensure that the contact area is sufficient, and to avoid the occurrence of overheating faults. It is necessary to make the equipotential connection between the expander cover and the L2 terminal to avoid potential suspension. At the same time, the anti-rotation measures are applied to the secondary wire lead-out break, and the internal bow of the rabbit avoiding the wire is twisted and broken due to external operations.
5. Make sure the test value is normal. During the operation of the Power Current Transformer, the measured dielectric loss factor g value is abnormal, and the relationship between tg and temperature and voltage needs to be comprehensively analyzed; when tg changes significantly with the increase of the test voltage, the operation needs to be stopped in time. If the chromatographic analysis result is abnormal, it is necessary to investigate its growth trend, track and analyze the specific data, find out the cause in time and take effective measures.
6. Power Current Transformer demagnetization inspection. The remanence of the transformer core may cause the current to drop suddenly. For example, the Power Current Transformer will cut off the secondary winding and suddenly open the power supply in the case of high current. When the residual magnetism exists in the core of the transformer, the permeability of the core will decrease, which will have a certain impact on the performance of the transformer. Transformers that have been used for a long time need to be demagnetized.
