Precautions for the use of open-close current transformers

1. Be sure to check whether the appearance is deformed before application, otherwise the detection precision will be compromised.

2. Be sure to check whether the inner hole of the transformer core is clean and tidy before application, and can be cleaned with dry linen cloth (alcohol and water are prohibited).

3. Apply natural environment regulations to eliminate magnetic fields to prevent damage to detection accuracy. The application operating temperature is -30℃～+40℃, and the air humidity should be lower than 80%. It is forbidden to use it in a humid, cold and corrosive natural environment.

4. There are tightening screws at the opening part of the KH series of open-close voltage transformers. Please tighten the screws after clarifying the installation position to prevent the voltage transformer from falling. SKH series product voltage transformer is a separate design. When installing, you must pay attention to check the serial number, install it according to the number, push and pull gently during installation, and do not push and pull the door with all effort to prevent the voltage transformer from damaging the application. Some voltage transformers are equipped with support frames and installation parts. Please install them firmly to prevent the voltage transformer from falling.

5. Optically active KH series products open-close voltage transformer (hereinafter referred to as KH series products) KH series products have the current flow direction mark "→" at the marking position, and the primary current should pass the voltage transformer in the direction indicated by the arrow symbol (ie arrow symbol The tail end face is "P", and the primary current passes over the voltage transformer from the "P" face). The opening and closing voltage transformers of SKH series products (hereinafter referred to as SKH series products) are marked with "P" on the housing, and the primary current flows across the voltage transformer from the "P" side. When the output terminal is a terminal block, the S1 and "P" side is a computer; when the output terminal is a tail wire, the bright red (dark blue) wire and the "P" side are the computer.

6. The voltage transformer is forbidden to lead the way twice during the whole application process. During the whole installation process of the open-close voltage transformer, it should be ensured that the voltage transformer can be installed after the connection of the secondary power circuit is completed to prevent the secondary lead of the current transformer.

7. The secondary load cannot be too large. When the secondary current of the open-close voltage transformer is 5A, the secondary load is 2.9VA; if the secondary load exceeds 2.9VA, the detection precision will be compromised.

8. During the whole application process, the inner hole of the transformer core must be cleaned and the closing condition is good.

9. Handle with care during the whole application process to avoid the impact of hanging objects to prevent the precision from being compromised.
