(4) For the Electrical Current Transformer that has been installed but not in use, the terminals need to be short-circuited and grounded;

(5) When the terminal of the secondary circuit is selected, the test terminal should be selected;

(6) The mechanical strength of the connecting wire of the secondary circuit should be guaranteed.
