Because the Power Current Transformer is too small and the load increases, the metering device cannot verify an accurate coefficient, which increases the power loss.
3. When the Power Current Transformer is overloaded, because the load is too large and the Power Current Transformer ratio is too small, it will not saturate within a certain range. Its secondary current exceeds the maximum rated current of the electric energy meter, and it will increase proportionally. The matching electric energy meter will also be overloaded.
