Hall current sensor is mainly suitable for the isolation and conversion of complex signals such as AC, DC, pulse, etc. Base on the Hall effect principle, the converted signal can be directly collected and accepted by various collection devices such as ad, DSP, PLC, secondary instrument, etc. with fast response time, wide current measurement range, high precision, strong overload capacity, good linearity and strong anti-interference ability.
Working principle
The basic principle behind Hall effect current sensor involves a conductor through which the current to be measured flows. The conductor is placed in a magnetic field generated by a permanent magnet or an electromagnet. When current flows through a conductor, an induction occurs in the conductor due to the Hall effect Voltage. This induced voltage is proportional to the current and can be measured to determine the magnitude of the current.
